KKBOX is building a world-class monetization team and is looking for a multi-talented/self-motivated teammate to join us at a very exciting stage in our growth. As a Senior Sales Manager in the KKBOX monetization team, you will work with potential partners from different verticals and evaluate/develop strategic business opportunities. You will need to have experiences and great senses of digital & audio advertising as well as the passion to shape and impact the way people experience music and podcasts. You will be a thought and execution partner for the monetization team and contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence. We do not sell only the creative ideas to our partners but also help them to create better ideas to connect their brands with the users.
Sell ads including audio formats, video formats, event sponsorships and other integrated ad campaigns to grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with both clients directly and agency partners.Represent KKBOX at events and serve as a brand ambassador.Deliver successful campaigns by coordinating with internal and external partners. To educate and inspire partners to use KKBOX to boost their brand exposures.Provide strong leadership for the dynamic, diverse, and hard-working sales team and drive operational excellence.Hire, develop and motivate the expanding monetization teamManage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using for maximum efficiency and visibility for KKBOXMaintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and all of our business partners
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in media account management, business development or sales on the internet and/or the marketing/advertising industry.5+ years experience in team managementBeing able to hit and exceed monthly revenue expectationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Strong presentation and communication skills.Smart, mature, integrity with good interpersonal skill and a sense of responsibility.Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently, to effectively communicate with and serve partners.Experienced in crafting and communicating insights from data, as well as paying attention to detail and an interest in understanding trends and patterns in business performance.
Plus to have:Experience and success in strategically growing & maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts, through a consultative approach.Experience in solving issues with both internal and external cross-functional teams. Being a problem solver.Knowledge of key KKBOX Group-related products. (KKBOX, KKTV, KKStream, KKNOW, etc.)Being numerate and adept at analyzing and interpreting data as well as using it to set goals/ review results.Music lover would be a plus.
