Performance Marketing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Promote key product features to gain awareness and usage.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing/ member engagement campaigns to acquire new users and win-back sleep/ snooze users.
  • Initiate loyalty program to retain users and increase stickiness and usage.
  • Optimize user experience/ journey via identifying critical user breakpoints.
  • Obtain customer insights from qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys and user behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, design, business insight teams, and related partners to implement marketing projects.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing planning & execution.
  • Strong communication and project management skills. 
  • Data oriented and open-minded.
  • Proven track record of a critical thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Familiar with MarTech concept, social media tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Marketing or Performance Marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital tracking/ communication solutions, such as  CDP/ DMP applications and user tagging concepts.
  • Proactive and creative thinking.
  • Sense of curiosity and humor.
  • Take ownership and be goal-oriented.
