Job Description

-Deliver high-quality infrastructure, workplace, and application services. Ensure adequate capacity on connectivity, storage, and compute resources.
-Promote IT service and help users find the right tools/products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
-Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
-Implement long-term IT planning/strategy with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Perform operational risk assessments and implement mitigation solutions.
-Identify and recommend system development/improvements to management to meet our increasing business needs and support new workflow.
-Bridge the gap between business and technology and work closely with IT organizations and business users to jointly get the most value of the investments.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar IT role, with 4 years or more in a leadership position.
  • Knowledge of ITIL is essential; incident, change management, and all other relevant ITIL disciplinary areas.
  • Experience in developing integrated business systems.
