Customer Support Specialist

Taipei / KKLIVE - Operation / Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for consumer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Accept on-call shifts or onsite event support to manage customer inquiries/issues whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for ticket refunds, delivery procedures.
  • Handle various types of requests that require different levels of trouble shooting.
  • Other duties as assigned whenever necessary such as event publishing/setting, payout process, etc.
  • Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
  • 2+ years of call center experience in customer service will be a plus.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Strong interest in troubleshooting and agility at learning new products and features.
