Act as a first point of contact for consumer inquiries via phone and email. Accept on-call shifts or onsite event support to manage customer inquiries/issues whenever necessary. Responsible for ticket refunds, delivery procedures. Handle various types of requests that require different levels of trouble shooting. Other duties as assigned whenever necessary such as event publishing/setting, payout process, etc. Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. 2+ years of call center experience in customer service will be a plus. Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction. Strong interest in troubleshooting and agility at learning new products and features.
