As a SRE in KKNow, you will build and improve the service infrastructure reliability and performance with cutting-edge technology on cloud services. You will work in an agile team to continuously iterate products and contribute innovative ideas with a growth mindset.
ResponsibilitiesContinuously optimise Availability, Performance, Efficiency & ScalingPerform load testingsCapacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring, and root cause analysisHandle incident and postmortem processImplement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)Implement infrastructure as codeSystem monitoring and loggingOn-call rotation during major events
Requirements:Cloud computing development experience, especially AWSUNIX/Linux systems knowledge and/or systems administration background with good scripting skillsExperience running and maintaining 24x7 production environments.
Others: Streaming domain knowledgeA good understanding of large-scale distributed systems in practice, including multi-tier architectures, application security, monitoring, and storage systems.Systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.Go programming languageFamiliar with CDNInterested in gamification
