The BD Manager will split their time between helping source, manage and drive KKstream’s business growth. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise solution selling, business analytics, strategic relationship building, and deal negotiation. In addition, the candidate will enjoy improving the customer experience for the video streaming industry.
The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact at the key stakeholder level. He/she should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.
Responsibilities: Develop and qualify opportunities within enterprise clients. Prospect and identify decision makers at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship. Listen carefully to understand what customers need and confidently communicate the Company's value proposition. Make every potential Company's prospect happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of closure. Manage, track, and report sales activities and results
Requirements:Strong conceptual thinking and design sense. Strong experience in enterprise solution selling and digital performance mindset. Strong BD background with 3-5+ years sales experience in enterprise software.Experience in enterprise video delivery, teleconferencing, OTT streaming, or broadcast industries is a plus. Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the product advantages to business and technical decision makers, as well as senior executives. Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative and excellent time management skills.A proven history of establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box.Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals both internal and external, from senior executives to technical decision makers.Fluency in spoken and written English with the ability to clearly communicate and document complex technical issues is a must.
